 March 5th Day Shift ~ March 6th Owl
1, Restricted Access requested at 7am and the hall open at 8am. 

   Since Harp was not working and BPM calibration could not complete, we
postponed the Chicane change to Tuesday, and focusing on fixing the
Harps. Experts did not found the source of problems. After beam permit
and checking with beam, We found out that signals from Harp 1H04 became
clear although experts did not fix any problems. Harp 1H05 gave weak
signal on top of large background with 5uA pulse beam and to make the
peaks clear, we increased the beam current to 8uA (pulse beam) and
finished the Harp scan and BPM calibration at Tuesday 6:50am.

2, R-VDC1 fixed:
   Bogdan swapped HVs of R-VDC1 & R-VDC2 and found out that efficiencies
of VDC2 planes became bad. Jack replaced the Power Supply and now both
VDCs are working perfectly.

3, BPM fixed:
   John Musson found some connections problems and BPM signals become
clear after fixing them.

  March 6th Day (Tuesday)

1, Restricted Access to change Chicane, ramp up Target magnets, and
continue working on Harp fixed.
