During a LHRS CODA run this error will sometimes appear but the ROC
doesn't crash. The run will also end successfully and you can start
another run no problem. 

I tried power cycling the crate and it didn't fix the problem. The error
doesn't appear right away and it doesn't all appear at once; so there
will be one interrupt message and then a period of time later there will
be another message. For ~10million events, there are ~4 of these messages.

I'm currently replaying full runs where the error occurred to see if the
error affected the synchronization of the crates.
