I spent some time today looking at the T2 timing signals.  First I did a
double check of the timing of the T4 trigger on the LHRS; the timing is
such that:

s1: arrives ~59ns before strobe
s2: arrives ~30ns before strobe
GC: arrives ~30ns before strobe

I then checked the timing on the RHRS. The s2m logic signal was coming a
little too close to the strobe (~14ns), so I delayed the strobe by an
additional 8ns.  The timing is now as follows:

s1: arrives ~74ns before strobe
s2: arrives ~22ns before strobe
GC: arrives ~35ns before strobe

Alexandre provided a dual gate generator to set up a test of the MLU.  I
created 4 copies of the strobe and adjusted them to mimic the strobe and
logic signals for T2.  However, I ran out of time before I could do a
proper test of the MLU, so I will look at it again on Wednesday during
beam studies.
