This entry is a followup to: 369574

Follow up from last result, I included sieve data from 5 delta scan runs,
which expand over full phase space on focal plane (not continuous
though), to optimize the angle matrix.

Another difference is this time replay results started from initial snake
fitted matrix (which gives better results than optimized matrix with only
dp=0 sieve data), and I set the number of optimization terms as small as
possible. 

Then the optimized matrix should have better interpolation ability. And
this matrix should be better for dp calibration from delta scan runs next
step.
