    Shift Workers:

00:00 Shift starts. We were doing Septa scan to decide the proper current
    for this new configuration
01:00 We finished the septa scan and start the delta scan.
01:15 Set LHRS momentum to 1%
01:35 Set LHRS momentum to 2%
01:50 Set LHRS momentum to 3%
01:55 Set RHRS momentum to 2%
02:10 Set LHRS momentum to 4%
02:45 Set RHRS momentum to 3.5%
02:50 Cycled LHRS Q2, Q3, then set LHRS momentum to -4%
03:05 Set LHRS momentum to -3%
03:35 Set LHRS momentum to -2%
04:00 Cycled LHRS Q2, Q3, then set RHRS momentum to -3.5%
04:00 Set LHRS momentum to -1%
04:00 Melissa found there is LHe in the target nose
04:50 Dustin came and fixed the LHe issue
05:20 Set RHRS momentum to -2%
05:35 Delta scan finished, set both arms momentum back to 0%
05:50 When we are waiting for the right arm dipole settled, I took 2 3rd
arm run to decide the slow raster size with fast raster on (we forgot to
do this during beam recovery). The recommended value is 1.0V.
06:00 Start to do the beam position scan
07:20 Finished beam position scan. We start to take 2 quick run for
    acceptance study.
07:35 Start to put the LHe back to target nose
08:00 Shift ends. We finished pointing. Optics is finished.
