    keyword=beam hit the beam pipe

    we tried to enlarget slow raster size to 2.1x1.7V to see where we will hit the beam pipe and we found that in the left side it will hit the beam pipe even if it is still in the target area, we tried to reduce slow raster size for several times and at last we use 1.4Vx1.4V slow raster size and move beam position BPMA X from -1mm to 0mm. and it is clean now(with 2x2 fast raster). for slow raster size 0.8V is about 1.2cm, so 1.4V is about 2.1cm,1.5V is about 2.25V.
    We asked MCC to lock the beam position to a new value:
    (-0.05 -2.93)
