keyword=centered beam position in carbon targetwe tried for several run ,finally it is in the center of carbon, though it is not in the center of carbon hole.
the final slow raster size is 2.0Vx2.5V(second right), which is clean in 3rm. (second left is 2.1Vx2.6V and it is also clean). the fast raster size is 2x2
