Two problems I saw:

1. ROC3 had lost its NVRAM.  One should avoid power-cycling, or be
prepared to enter this info.

2. Someone ran the non-working config LeftHRS, but should have run LHRS.
 I know, it's confusing.  So now, only the config that works is in the
list.  One cannot select a bad config.  I'm guessing someone ran the bad
config, then power-cycled crates, then ...

(In my defense, I had deleted all bad configs from the MYSQL database but
unfortunately it was also in the COOL DB which is much harder to delete
because one must delete a bunch of directories.  It's not a COOL aspect
of the new CODA.).

For now, I've turned on block L.* in the odef file, and I see
that things like T->Scan("L.vdc.u1.nhit") return all zero for
run 1017.   No data at all !  However, there is data in run 1010.
It's not clear if it's hardware or software -- I'm in my
office and need to climb up to the HRS to look.  I'm voting hardware.
