Especially interesting is the list of pitfalls for a new
installation. srcdaq had it's own can of worms, including
not knowing its own IP address.
Remember that to get a voltage you have to click "On" for the crate
and "Ch_En" for the channel (to enable it), and enter a Target_V,
which needs to be a negative number if it's a negative card.
(It won't accept a positive number.)
Instructions for the impatient:
In one xterm: cd ~adaq/slowc/LecroyHV_Shimdir ; ./LecroyHV_Shim_LocalPerl
In another xterm: cd ~adaq/slowc ; ./hvs BOB_TEST

We could perhaps automate this, including killing off old server process
before trying to start anew ...
