Since I don't have gate generators up there, I grab the LED pulser used
by DVCS which was seating in the HAPPEX crate.

VME A16 address is 0x0ee0.

To use :

load object 

ld < /adaqfs/home/adaq/led/led.o
LedOn()
SetFrequency(0x17)

that will give a few hertz of trigger, the higher number the lower frequency.
