This entry is a followup to: 385826

Since we were having problems getting the SIS3320 to work properly, 
Alexandre lent me a CAEN v792 from EEL 122.  

I created a new runtype in the PMTtests database, which is named caenv792.
This runtype does not use the SIS3320.  I copied the crl code from the 
BigBite crl code that was formally ROC 5.  In this code, only the v792 is
actively used.

The crl code is located at /adaqfs/home/adev/sis3320/pmt_roc1.crl

The configuration caenv792 also writes data to /adaql4/work1/testPMT_%.dat

It appears that the configuration is working properly.  I at least see 
data for all 32 channels, since the pedestals are not suppressed.
