keyword=Changes in the "adaq1" runtypes were to ensure the "correct" ethernet interface was used

When the CODA processes start up on the host, they seem to connect to the first ethernet interface on the host.

On adaq1, right now, the first interface is on the 192 subnet, but the name "adaq1" is associated with the 164 subnet address.

I changed the msql DB for the runtypes "adaq1_pmk", "LHRSadaq1", and "adaq1JM", such that the EB and ER are expected to be found at the address instead of using the name adaq1.jlab.org.

Brad S. has mentioned that he had a wrapper (on another system) for the coda processes to ensure they get connected to the ethernet adapter we want them to, but so far we don't have that on this system.
