    keyword=issues with halog

    Due to file permission problems, the log entries made recently
    would disappear. A tmp_html file was created but the scripts
    silently failed to write to the archive. I think this is fixed
    now. This entry would be one evidence.

    Still to do: the software does not run on the newer machines
    adaq1, adaq2. I'll fix that next.
