This entry is a followup to: 386286

After talking to Kalyan and Bogdan, we decided to try swapping halladaq8
and ahut2 serial connections.  This is easy.  Kalyan will do that a bit
later today.  This will give information.  If the card drop-outs
continue, then we will swap out those cards.  If the card drop-outs
cease, or move to the lower crate, then it tells me something about
ahut2.  I'm just suspicious that 4 cards can be bad in 1 crate, it seems
like too much of a coincidence.
