    keyword=Change in Rigth arm scaler channel for Level-1 accept

    I found that the double pulsing on right arm scaler for L1A is coming
from scaler itself. I moved the L1A signal on scaler to channel #12
(starts from 0) and updated the scaler.map file for the xscaler display.
I also put TDC gate in scaler channel #13.
