I noticed a couple things

1. On L-HRS, 43% of triggers taken at the moment are pulser T8.  This is
because the 103.7 kHz clock is plugged in there, I think, and the
prescale factor is too low for that.  For the max PS factor is 65535,
you'll always have 1.6 Hz.

2. On R-HRS, it seems ROC6 has a problem -- empty readout.  I didn't look
into it further, probably a cable fell out or was removed.
