The HV for the ARC energy measuring system will be in slot 5 of
our Beamline HV crate in the last 2 channels (see picture -- it is
labelled L1.10 and L1.11 in the GUI -- the enabled ones shown).
The cables were dangling near the crate. The labels on the cables
are somewhat faded. Rick said he'd check the cable continuity to
be sure. Luke and I checked the HV with a meter.
Formerly this appeared in the HARP GUI, but not any more because these
are not under EPICs control.
To turn on HV, ask the Hall A shift crew to bring up the HV GUI
(usually it will be up already).

The GUI in fig 1 comes up, whose usage is obvious.
