keyword=BPM pedestals, part 3. Finished for now.We did a 2nd pedestal run 1158 and 20196 with
forced gain=0 on BPMs 4A and 4B.
The "bottom line" is that the L-HRS signals are noisy (fig 1)
while the R-HRS signals look pretty normal (fig 2).
Next opportunity we'll check into this ...
