I added scalers  in the standard analysis and they seem to be working fine, except that
on left arm the normalization is done by 1024 Hz clock instead of 103.7 KHz clock (this is
the only clock plugged into LHRS). So the rates on Left arm are off.  I guess 1024 Hz is
hard coded in the THaScaler class for both arms. So, either we can plug a 1024 Hz clock
in the LHRS or we can change software to reflect what we have on left arm at the
moment to get correct rates. 

The scaler branch in the rootfiles appears as LEFT/RIGHT.
