I think so far only Bob can turn it back on. I will ask for permission to
access to it too.

To reboot ahut2 :
-login on hareboot32
-reboot port 7
-go to https://cc.jlab.org/wakeonlan
-wake up ahut2 from there

I think the shim will be started by the cron job. I guess impatient
people could start it by hand.
