Updated run plan from the RC, Kalyan.

During the rest of Swing and all of Owl shift, the plan is to take data on
the carbon target with a maximum current of 10 uA (pulsed beam).  The goal
is to acquire either 100,000 events or 1 hour of data for each of the
following triggers T1, T2, T3, T4, T5, and T6, one trigger at a time for
the left HRS.  The right HRS (with Q1 being off) does not see any real
rate from the target.  Hence, we will take right HRS data with only T1
for perhaps 2 hours at a time, while taking the hourly runs for the left HRS.

At 7:45, the shift leader should request for the ARM to come so that
Heidi can enter the Hall when she arrives at 8:00 am to move the right
HRS from 33 degrees to 15 degrees.
