Around 10 am this morning Heidi, Andrew and I went down to the Hall to
move right arm to 15 degrees. We noticed that this cannot be done without
moving a lot of material  inside the roped area (radiation zone) near the
beam dump. This would involve Radon and will take much longer that we
initially thought. We decided to leave the right arm at 33 degrees for
now and will try moving it on Monday or Tuesday depending on when we have
an extended down. 

We are back to beam permit.
