The controls has been restored for the hall cameras...
Note: The keyboard unit had appeared to revert back to its default setting. It is my guess that someone unplugged the cable to the keyboard in order to re-route it (the cable was routed different from the way I installed it) and this caused the unit to return to its default. I would strongly advise all users of the hall cameras refrain from unplugging any cables or randomly pressing any unnecessary buttons as these actions may cause a lost of camera controls.
For a user to use the hall cameras effectively he/she should press (#1 then “CAM”) for the right side camera or press (#2 then “CAM”) for left side camera. The “CAM” button is located below #7. The rotating and zoom features are controlled by the joystick. Please note that "01" should appear on the LED display at all times as this annotates the output to the monitor. I also placed the camera system operation manual near the unit that can use as a reference.
