I switched the GEM SRS PC to hallavme9 to be on the 192 subnetwork ( I
don't see 164 port on the patch pannel ). Since all the 192 DAQ ports had
a cable in them I unplugged port 8 (hallavme2 L2 yellow cable) and
plugged the PC into it.
Since the HRS router are on optical link it should not matter. I checked
both DAQ were still running so I think it should be fine.
