Some representative prelim. plots are shown in fig 1 and 2.
Good news: Beam moves around and the "out of the box" old calibration has
the right scale (of order 2 mm).
Slightly bad news: Sometimes "plus" direction is "minus", and in fig 2 it seems
X and Y are swapped. I've only shown BPM4A here. The other BPM also moves
and has similar confusions.
