keyword=Fixed T1 scaler over countingFixed T1 double pulsing. I did not do much to fix it, I guess the T1 signal was not properly making contact with the logic module. I just unplugged and replugged it back.
I put a copy of T1 and T2 triggers in different scaler channels (channel 11, 12). See the attached screenshot. This should fix the deadtime issue with T1 trigger.
