keyword=Bad 24 V power supply on RHRS HV crate?Attached is the screenshot of error messages from right arm HV crate on ahut2 (which has only 4 cards). The channels trip when HV is applied. This happens on all four cards. We disconnected the HV cables from the detector (VDC on slot 12) and tried to apply HV from the GUI - the HV still trips. The error messages says BAD POWER SUPPLY 24V and BAD EEPROM. I restarted the HV server from ahut2, just to make sure if this is not a software issue. We still see HV tripping. It looks like the problem is related to crate power supply?
