keyword=scalers added to TS readoutOn R-HRS the 2 SIS3800 scalers were added to the TS readout. This affected ts_scaler_Right.crl. I'll do the L-HRS later.
These readings occur every Synch event (if buffered mode) or every N events if not buffered. For example, N=200.
The scalers start at the headers 0xceb10000 and 0xceb
