I checked the block001 signal at the output of the trigger and the input of the ARS, and both signals were fine.  Before coming downstairs, I'd checked the ARS response in teh datastream and didn't see anything.

Looks like the problem is the ARS channel.  Next, should try exchanging input signals to verify that.
