keyword=Fixed QRT. Helicity signal checkThe QRT signal had a problem: the logic fanout was going back to the patch panel.
Somehow this reduced the output by a factor of 2 so that the signal no longer
conformed to NIM standard. I don't know what the purpose of that cable back to
the patch was, but I sent it by another route which removed this feature. Now QRT
appears in the datastteam.
Some checks of the datastream for run 2374 (DVCS_test config) are in fig 1.
This looks pretty good except that the helicity is not 50% in the two states.
This is for trigger T9. I did make a cut on the gate (aka MPS) but that
didn't help. It needs to be checked.
