During run 2377, with no asymmetry box, I look at the scalers and observe
the asymmetry in T1. A=0 at the 0.1% accuracy level.
Next, plug in the asymmetry box as T1 for LHRS_new config and make a run 2378.
I observe that the scalers read an asymmetry of 1.1% with a good accuracy (0.1%
or better) and that 1.5% of the time MPS=0, as expected. Fig 1 shows raw scaler
values and fig 2 shows the calculation of the asymmetry and of the fraction of
time that MPS=0.
Conclusion: scalers look good.
But I realize it was checked by others earlier ...
