keyword=TECH - He flow on R-dipoleHelium flow on the right dipole in yellow alarm, ~45 l/m. Some times going to red alarm, with flow around 43 l/m.
I also see the cryo-flow in the target vaying (I'm going to post that). I don't know if events are related.
