    Comments: 9:05 : Ref cell filled with N2 pumped to 70 psia 10:10 : tune beam in the hall. BeO target in place. 10:25 : MCC noticed ion chamber readouts are zero. Total dose seems to be frozen. M. Stevens called. We have no way to fix that. MCC calls its experts. Still waiting for the beam 14:20 : change momentum to 1.3 GeV
