    Followups:

    keyword=repeatability runs and SUMMARY

Same setting (120 units) on waveplate. Repeatibility test.
    Run 1709 (spectr), 8085 (happex), 4029 (moller)

    spectrometer q1 0.0%, q10 -0.05 % (error unknown)
    HAPPEX +0.195 +/- 0.006 %
    Moller -0.18 +/- 0.02 % (again the relative sign of HAPPEX/Moller did
    not change)

    Another repeat:
    Run 1719 (spectr), 8089 (HAPPEX), 4031 (Moller)

    spectrometer q1 0.0%, q10 -0.04%
    HAPPEX +0.164 +/- 0.011 %
    Moller -0.175 +/- 0.02 %

    SUMMARY of tests so far:

    1. HAPPEX and Moller appear to be in excellent agreement, but
beware of signs -- I'm not sure of the relative sign, though it
    remained fixed.
    2. While the Q asymmetry responds to the have waveplate, it never
is nulled to zero (best is about 0.1%) and furthermore it appears
to drift by order 0.1% over time.
    3. Alarmingly, the spectrometer scalers measurement of charge
    asymmetry does not make sense.

See the plot of scan from Moller DAQ below.
