    keyword=disk purging now faster

    To alleviate the logjam on the disks, I have
    tuned some parameters that will make files move
    faster. One implication is that files will not stay
    as long on adaq disks, especially for adaqs3.
    Remember: NEVER try to purge the disks
    by hand.
