    Comments: 0100: MCC having difficulties restoring beam and stablizing machine. 0300: Once beam established, it is too noisy for production data. 0400: Intensity noise is ~.4 to .5%; Usually it is .05-.1% Assymetry feedback pairs will not converge and we are unable to measure a reproducable PITA slope. MCCs take on the beam noise is that they have only just started providing CW beam and would rather wait about an hour for the machine to settle down before making further adjustments on the noise problem. 0520: Beam back, but noisy. Beam noise too large to measure assymetry correctly.
