    keyword=more on FPP hardware

    Joe Mitchell and I finish work on FPP ch 3. Gas tube on small scattering angle
    end of ch 3, plane V2, wire 193 (1st wire of 3rd last HV board) inserted.
    RF covers reinstalled. Large angle side checked, no problems observed.
    Upper and lower sides are as usual nearly impossible to examine.

    After finishing check, we look at low voltages - they are okay,
    carbon doors - all are in as they should be, and
    we turn on HV.
    Ch 4 looks okay, ch 3 has ~ 20 microamp leakage, higher than before. Sigh.
    Hopefully it will decrease with time.

    It appears to me the next long break time we get, we need to pull the FPP chambers
    far out and stare at the upper/lower edges. Maybe during Gep detector stack switch.
