when the hall-C beam went off, we got more current.
called MCC, and they explained that MCC shut hall-C beam off by turning off the
hall-C laser, the hall-A laser and hall-A beam was not touched in the mean time.
the attached plot shows the hall-C current, top curve, and hall-A current in the
last few hours.
