 *** Note about RSAD:    We had three test runs with the PREX 
lead/diamond targets.  The Monte Carlo estimates of 48% of yearly 
allowed dosage are observed to be a factor of ~2 high.  Also we will 
not likely run at 100 uA (rather 80 uA).  So it will probably be 20% 
of budget.  We will monitor it and see.
