  Thank you for using the P-touch Editor 4.2 download.

  Use this program to install P-touch Editor 4.2 on computers
 running Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 98SE, ME, 2000 or XP.


# Installation procedure
--------------------------------------------------------------------
  After downloading this program, follow the procedure below to
 install P-touch Editor 4.2.

1.  If a previous version of P-touch Editor Version 4.2 is already
   installed, use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel to remove the
   application.

   * Be sure to uninstall the program first, and then install the P-touch
   Editor 4.2.  If you reinstall the program without removing the
   previous version, the Add-in function is unable to use.
   * The existing settings or created file or data will not be
   deleted even removing the program.

2.  Start up "pew42012us.exe" and install the application by following
   the instructions.


# Precautions
--------------------------------------------------------------------
*  In order to run the installer, Microsoft(R) Internet Explorer Ver.
  3.02 or later is required.

*  In order to install P-touch Editor onto Microsoft(R) Windows(R)
  2000 or XP, you must log on with Administrator privileges.

*  After P-touch Editor is installed, be sure to restart the computer
  when instructed.
   In addition, after the computer is restarted, be sure to log on
  with the same user name that was used when the application was
  installed.

*  Before using P-touch Editor, refer to the README.TXT file in the
  folder installed with the application.

*  We recommend upgrading the corresponding printer driver to the
  newest version.
