keyword=new offsets for spot_L and _RThe database for spot_L and spot_R have new offsets so that the
centroid appears close to the value in EPICS for the two BPMs.
I would like to recommend we do a bull's eye scan. It is useful
to compare to EPICS even if the HARPS are not working. I'll wait
for the RC to say its ok to do it.
Fig 1 & 2 show the updated spot++ pictures.
