* RC daily update (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3628917)
* Target cool down started at 9am, completed at 3:13pm

==Plan==
* Swing: magnets check. Sweep the hall. Ramp up LHRS to 3.93 GeV (Q1 regulator off, 882.8 A) for phase 1 commissioning (carbon hole check) and hydrogen elastic data
* Bring LHRS to e'K setting (turn on Q1 regulator) and take Tritium data overnight  
* Raster calibration runs with Carbon foil
* 8am on Wednesday, install sieve, MCC high current test with optics target. Go back to Tritium production before noon.
