***signals connected to helicity scalers : check with standalone program, everything is showing up, still need to integrate code into crl for LHRS
***minor modifications need for the QWeak helicity class to get it to work with the current system - inside Podd framework - we are using the master version - 1.75 - Paul will add to master - will be used as a plug-in  same as usual helicity decoder - might still need to recompile Podd after added

***took pedestal data with SSP two days ago - UV UVA look as expected - 
***lot of noise compared to TEDF - 20 to 100 ADC in Hall - not sure source - might be grounding and other to be improved 
***trying to find if BigBite can be shielded to see if this improves noise
***shielding on J3 in Test Lab, but still HV issues to be figured out
***all fibers working on SSP
***all UVA chamber to VTP : can get VTP data this morning. Some fibers not showing up. Holly swapped around fibers - but still need to figure out issue 
***INFN : just working on shielding - no DAQ for now
***received fiber extension - can lay out spares - need to check if we have protective sleeve - most likely 100 feet left - check with Scott

**Network setup ( done ) - SBS MPD side might need few cables - need pull network for SBS side (0%) - MPD bunker will move with SBS - ordering longer fiber to take that into account
**Scaler crate setup (90 % - Steve )- still need to add the CODA part - if add barebone read out - right now scalers at 3800 - helicity scaler set as 3801- could work if stay this way- Steve scan the crate - can make that the scaler is not initialized by Steve program - sbsvme29 - Steve could not talk to CPU - IP fixed with DHCP - need change fan tray (done )- CAEN

**3 rd GEM VXS crate install router moved up ( 100%  )

**new MPD production - about to start - FPGA shipped to Paolo - 
**MPD VTP readout - on-going in daq lab - still having issue getting APV sending data to MPD - events going through high speed link - working some fibers missing compared to SSP - 
**MPD being setup  in Hall A - need setup VTPs to boot (done ) - 10 gigE network plugged (done) - will be able to test in Hall A - LV installed soon (done ) 
**setup portservers : 1 4 port portserver for VTP (done), still need to set up a 8 port one and HCAL portserver - 
**need to install remote switch for crate in bunker - rest are VXS or VME64 - hareboot32 ( done )  
**Bigbite - HCal trigger setup - need check with Bob if additionnal NIM crate need to be install - will add NIM crate - in middle rack

**Beamline crate setup ( in scaler crate ) - FADC is in scaler need to be setup - need pull raster BPM BCM (0% will do it with David ) - FADC in scaler crate - for BPM readout

**LHRS fiber pull ( waiting fiber August 13th ) - need few cables for trigger and L1A - if need fast L1A - for cable - will check latency - latency might be worse with daisy chaining -  might still need to pull a few cables - want at least L1A for scalers - plan to run on 1 of 12 cables Green and DAQ bunker - can run additionnal signals there at the same time

*Outstanding issues
**2 bad FADCs Bigbite - 1 FADC was repaired - one being repaired - 1 Compton FADC - repaired can use as spare  ( done ) - 
**SD delay : still need 2 SDs ( Glasgow and INFN just requested quote ) - will borrow two from Hall B 
**need to adjust for HCAL transit time with different PMTs
**status of cosmics paddles ( done )
**GEM fibers too short : Mark will order parts - need to check status of order - follow up on lead time 
**15 bad MPDs - need to look at fixing  - Ben ?  Dustin loaning us 6 MPDs - need 85 total - 67 in hand  - 1 MPD (301) VME address issue in some slot - Ben fixed several MPDs ( 2 or 3 MPDs to be repaired )
***APV needed 1208 - 966 in hand working - Michael might lend 40 - ( check with Thir ) - need to ask to Dustin if can borrow
**GEM fiber possibly bad - 2 broken - if long sleeve want to pull spare in separate conduit
**GEM HV IP need setup ( Alex ) Done
**GEM clock/trigger box for BB side - ok for BB - need to make sure we have enough for GEn RP - 
**would like to put helicity control signals to be recorded on trigger - either TS/TI input bits - 3 signals - need to setup with TI ( I think firmware was updated to work - and will try - if any channels available for FADC- can add those too - could add to BPM/Raster FADC available channels
