If ROC27,28,29 and 31 do not start type : rebootDVCS
that will power cycle the crates, leave 2 minutes for the crates to boot and the do type again : dvcsrocs
To power cycle ROC30, telnet into hareboot30 ( look at white board )
and once logged in, power cycle port 1
Usually fastest way to recover CODA.
Reboot HRS ROCs
Go in ROC3,4,5, TS11 windows and type reboot or Ctrl-X to reboot them do : startcoda
and try to restart a run
