Turning off the laser system
- Stop the laser "flipping script" if running on the compton vnc server.
- If ON, turn the laser locking "servo" to OFF.
- Turn the seed laser ramp OFF.
- Turn off the fiber amplifier. This must be done before turning off the seed laser.
- Turn off the seed laser.
