Notes
- LED pulser runs are used to calculate the dead time in the old DAQ
- Old DAQ would do a ADC check with beam to see if there is a HV drift
- Zhongling is able to use the calorimeter sum as the trigger for the new DAQ with the LED on
- Steve is looking into how the LED pulser is enabled in the old DAQ; Looks like 3 outputs from the TI will be used to enable the LED system
