This is the HRS checkout plan to be executed after beam is estabilshed on the BeO target with CW beam.
LHRS angle 15 degrees, RHRS angle= 33 degrees, momentum P0 = 2.0 GeV/c, Raster size = 3x3 mm, current = 5uA, target = Carbon
Take Left and Right HRS runs in the following order. Always keep deadtime to below 10 %
(adjust prescale value based on scaler rates for that trigger)
- 1M events with T1 trigger, prescale values: ps1=non-zero, ps2=0, ps3=0, ps4=0, ps5=0, ps6=0, ps7=0, ps8=0
- 1M events with T2 trigger, prescale values: ps1=0, ps2=non-zero, ps3=0, ps4=0, ps5=0, ps6=0, ps7=0, ps8=0
- 1M events with T3 trigger, prescale values: ps1=0, ps2=0, ps3=non-zero, ps4=0, ps5=0, ps6=0, ps7=0, ps8=0
- 1M events with T4 trigger, prescale values: ps1=0, ps2=0, ps3=0, ps4=non-zero, ps5=0, ps6=0, ps7=0, ps8=0
- 1M events with T5 trigger, prescale values: ps1=0, ps2=0, ps3=0, ps4=0, ps5=non-zero, ps6=0, ps7=0, ps8=0
- 1M events with T6 trigger, prescale values: ps1=0, ps2=0, ps3=0, ps4=0, ps5=0, ps6=non-zero, ps7=0, ps8=0
- Fill run sheets, and log xscaler display for all the runs
Current vs rate study (carbon target)
- Take runs for Left and Right HRS using T1 trigger at 1uA, 2uA , 3uA, 4uA, 5 uA each. Put prescale 0 for all other triggers
- Log xscaler display on LHRS and RHRS, fill run sheets
Single hole sive plate runs
- Insert sigle hole thick sieve plate on Right (Left?) arm
- Take data with trigger T1
