Update on UVa GEM commissioning (Kondo)

- Short update from my side:
- new GEM foils from CERN going to be delivered in CT; possibly we found the way to avoid the custom delay we had in the past; - two new modules assembled will be in Rome by next week; - continue analysis of cosmic data (slightly improved software alignment and analysis software) and study data reduction in firmware.
Update on MPD electronics (Paolo)
- just to give you a quick update about the EES production status.
- All the APV front-ends have been bonded and are on the way back to EES: they have plans to start testing from the 25 of February. - I have to go there to help them to restart the test bench. - Evaristo is very welcomed to come too. - The MPD production is still pending waiting for the FPGA procurement: they claim to have found them and if everything goes well they can start assembling in 10 days from now. - I'll be in contact with them to get updates.
