Survey with the new horizontal compass

  1. With Transverse- field, put the new Horizontal Compass at Center point and align the laser before Survey starts
  2. Survey the first point: Transverse- Center
  3. Move compass to Upstream, align the laser (~ 30min)
  4. Survey the second point: Transverse- Upstream
  5. Move compass to Downstream, align the laser (~ 30min)
  6. Survey the third point: Transverse- Downstream

Survey with the old needle horizontal compass

  1. Keeping Transverse- field, put the old needle horizontal compass at the center point (~ 5min)
  2. Survey the fourth point: Transverse-
  3. Change the field to Transverse+ (~ 5min)
  4. Survey the fifth point: Transverse+
  5. Change the field to Longitudinal+ (~ 5min)
  6. Survey the sixth point: Longitudinal+
  7. Change the field to Longitudinal- (~ 5min)
  8. Survey the seventh point: Longitudinal-

After compass survey

  1. Install 3He cell and ladder
