Update on BB GEMs(Sean, Ezekiel, Holly, Anu)
- GEM layer was swapped last Wednesday.
- Two APVs fixed on the GEM layer on Thursday.
- Resistor added to BB UV layer 2 on Wednesday.
- Plan to take HV scan on all three UV layers in BB. See spreadsheet
- Anu will start working as the GEM expert on call for this week starting today evening.
Update on UVa GEM layers for GEn-RP (Anu, John, Thir)
- Working on the GEM database for tracking analysis on GEn-RP cosmic setup in EEL/125 which will eventually be extended to for Hall setup. Yesterday we had a productive meeting with Andrew where he helped us to get things started. Will continue to work with him continuously until we are able to use his scripts for tracking.
Update on INFN GEM layers for GEn-RP (Ezekiel)
- Resolving HV trouble on J1 top (seems due to shielding). APVs that are not well connected (id from cosmics) were repaired.
- Plan to take a longer HV run for the whole layer this week.
- Will need to repair a few APVs on J3.
